91¿ì²¥ launches 12 online professional certificates in writing; social, culture, and ethics; and business and technology

91¿ì²¥â€™s Online Learning campus is expanding its offerings with 12 new certificates.

The expansion is in response to growing demand in three focus areas: writing; social, culture, and ethics; and business and technology.

91¿ì²¥â€™s Dean of Online Learning and Global Engagement Ruth Claire Black, Ed.D., explained that demand for online certificates is increasing nationwide with strong enrollment increases among young students and individuals in career transition and those seeking career advancement.

91¿ì²¥ celebrates more than 700 graduates at commencement ceremonies

The 91¿ì²¥ Klamath Falls Class of 2024 moved its mortarboard tassels to the left as President Nagi Naganathan, Ph.D., concluded the 76th Annual Commencement Ceremony held Saturday at the John. F. Moehl Stadium.   

91¿ì²¥ held additional commencement ceremonies in Wilsonville at the university’s Portland-Metro campus and in Mukilteo, Wash., for 91¿ì²¥â€™s Seattle program.

Electrical Engineering and Renewable Energy receives Intel funding to grow semiconductor manufacturing pipeline

The Electrical Engineering and Renewable Energy (EERE) Department at 91¿ì²¥ has received funding from Intel Corporation, one of the world's largest semiconductor chip manufacturers, to grow the talent pipeline of trained students for semiconductor manufacturing and design.

The project aims to broaden access to experiential learning opportunities in semiconductor manufacturing technologies to a diverse range of students.
